Questions
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. Cancel any time from Manage billing on your account page. Plus keeps working until the end of the month you paid for.
What does lifetime include?
€69 once covers AI access, the web app and sharing for one Things account, for as long as we run Plus. New features are included when they ship, except for possible usage-based add-ons. If Plus shuts down within 6 months of your purchase, you get your €69 back in full; within 12 months, half of it. The terms have the full promise.
Can I switch to lifetime later?
Yes. Choose lifetime on your account page. Your monthly plan ends and does not renew.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your connection stays. AI access pauses until you choose a plan. We email you before the trial ends.
Do you offer bulk licensing or business self-hosting?
Yes. Email support@things3.plus and tell us about your team, and whether you want bulk licenses or to run Plus yourself.
